Parking space for cars and playground for kids

we are looking to purchase 5 lots that are adjacent to the mosque. purchase of each land will cost abt 10-12k totaling 60k. we have to build a parking lot which will cost abt 150k, on all the vacant land. if anyone can purchase one piece of land or a fraction would help the mosque tremendously. the playground will cost 10k to build.
